Dry Service Dry Cleaning Segmentation

Dry Service Dry Cleaning Segmentation

Dry Service Dry Cleaning Segmentation
Our Standard, Premium, and Luxury Product Acceptance Policy
Introduction: Why Don't We Accept Every Product?

At Dry Service, we define our dry cleaning service not by accepting every product, but by maintaining a specific quality standard. There are significant differences among textile products in terms of fabric quality, production standard, accessory durability, and lifespan.

Therefore, we consciously exclude certain fast fashion and low-quality segment products from our service scope. There are two main reasons for this:

Low product quality (poor dye, fragile accessories, low-grammage fabric)

Risk of damaging industrial dry cleaning equipment (broken accessories, melting prints, damage to filters and solvent systems)

These products also lower the perception of high service, trust, and quality that Dry Service represents. For this reason, our segmentation clearly differs from the classic fast fashion approach.

Dry Service Product Acceptance Segmentation

In Dry Service, products are evaluated in three main categories:

Standard Segment → High-quality ready-to-wear, robust production

Premium Segment → High-quality fabric, high expectations

Luxury Segment → High-end, designer, and couture products

⚠️ Note: Products from low-quality and fast-production brands such as LC Waikiki, Koton, and DeFacto are not included in our service scope.

1. Standard Segment (Dry Service Entry Level)
Definition of the Standard Segment
